Amazing service and great access to the parks!

We had such a blast! The staff was super friendly, especially Daniel at check-in who made us feel right at home. The Express Passes were a lifesaver, cutting wait times by so much. Plus, Jake’s American Grill had awesome food! Just wish there were bathrobes in the room. Still, can't beat the convenience of the location!

Had a fantastic stay in the water view room! The pool area was stunning and we loved the movie nights by the pool. The water taxi to the parks was super convenient, too! A highlight was the Jurassic Park kids suite, which my cousin adored.

Felt extremely welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location gave us easy access to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure via complimentary water taxi. We enjoyed the poolside activities and the vibrant atmosphere around. The staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our stay immensely. Just a heads up, you might face busy check-in times, but the overall experience is worth it!

We had some issues with our room upon checking in, as there was a delay in room allocation due to an IT glitch. It wasn't a huge problem, but it made our arrival a bit chaotic.

The pool was awesome for a dip, and the jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding after a long day at the parks. Only downside was that the room could've used a bit more light, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

Great Getaway for Families!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The highlight was celebrating my twins' birthday, made special by the staff. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant, though service could improve. Proximity to the parks was a real plus. Don't forget to use the Express pass!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the poolside activities, including volleyball and ping-pong, which kept everyone entertained. The complimentary water taxi made visiting Universal Studios super easy, and the staff were friendly and eager to help us make the most of our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the rooms had more space for relaxation.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Albinka at check-in who nailed our names like a pro. Oh, and you have to try watching movies by the pool at night, we caught the Harry Potter series - pure magic, man! 🧙‍♂️

The decor at Loews had a lovely South Seas theme, making me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. The lush landscaping and beautiful pool area were perfect for relaxing, and the easy access to CityWalk was a bonus.

Staying in the Water View Room was pretty nice! The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Loved having a great view out the window. The decor felt tropical and relaxing. Only downside was the noise levels. we could hear some hallway chatter at times. Overall, it was a solid setup for our stay!

I loved the complimentary water taxi for a quick ride to the parks. it felt like a mini adventure on the water! The pool area was a true oasis, perfect for lounging and staying refreshed between park visits. Plus, the Unlimited Express Pass made the rides a breeze, allowing us to maximize our time in the parks!
